In order to encourage indigenous entrepreneur to invest, the company restricts its shareholding in nay project promoted to between 20-25%. Only on special cases does the company exceed this shareholding.

Furthermore, the company encourages Local Government Council within the state to invest in such project. Technical partner where applicable are also require to take up some equity in the projects as a measure of their commitment.

  2. Prospect of reasonable return on investment above of capital

  3. Foreign exchange savings

  4. Local materials sourcing

  5. Creation of linkage (backward and forward) with existing projects

  6. Employment generation and improvement in labour and management skills

  7. Maximization of local value added
